Nick just left for his first day at the shop. I am so proud of him. I hope he has a first good day.

And I have today off, so I'm at the house alone for the time being, time to clean and possibly write a little. :]

I need to start writing everyday.

It doesn't really matter what I write, or what about, I just need to practice.

I promised to post all the amazing things I've purchased this week!

 

The shirts I got at GoodWill. The one on the left is a Banana Republic wrap, and the one on the right is an In Vain button up. 

A baby doll and built in bra/shirt that I got from my sister. Which both look amazing on me, if I may say so myself.

The underwear I got at aerie today. They were having a massive sale, so of course my sister and I had to indulge. 

And last but not least, the Gucci purse that I got at GoodWill for only $10. You can not imagine how excited I was, I could barely speak. We're pretty sure it's real, but even if it's not, for $10 I got an amazing deal. Because even the knockoffs are ridiculously expensive!

 Those are just the highlights. But it's been a good week. And I have a long work week this week too. But I hope that I can start to sort things out, so I can try to be on here a little more.

I have been working so damn much!

My first week and I'm working 38 hours. So to say the least, this has been a long week thus far. I promise I'll have some stuff to share when I get some time off, or a day off at that. I hope everyone is having a good week!

Oh!, and this week is tax free weekend everyone! So I hope you're all ready to shop! I sure am. :]

 These are the necklaces that I made a while back. I've made a few more since and plan on making multiple ones to put up on Etsy. Each one is different and I'll never make two of the same one. If anyone has any ideas or wants one, or something like this let me know! I'm sure I can

 make something to your liking!

So I went shopping today....

There will be pictures of all my great finds probably tomorrow. You have no idea with how excited I am about this stuff.

Oh, and tomorrow is my first day of work, so someone will be getting up at like 6:30 in the morning... But it's worth it, because I'll be making the money. Which is so very exciting!

I got a job!

And I start tomorrow! You have no idea how excited and scared I am!

Charlie when he was a kitty, and my hair before I started growing it back out. He was so damn cute. He still is, but I miss him being a baby.

Well, Nick is in Florida...

Apparently he's already sun burnt, and he just got there this morning. But he's got my camera so hopefully he's getting some good pictures in. It's weird not having him here. I'm not used to him being gone.
 

I've been watching LA Ink for hours,

for some reason... But now I'm wanting another tattoo.


Oh, and Nick leaves for the weekend in like... Three and a half hours. It's going to be weird not having him home. But then Monday he comes home and my sister will be with him. I'm very excited.

I've been playing with the idea lately...

Of writing more. Not just jotting down a few lines when they randomly enter my mind, but actually sitting down and trying to make things happen. Not forcing it, more of seeing if once I start I can get it to just flow out of me like it used to. I have a few ideas of where to start, but I'm not really sure. Starting is always the hardest part in my opinion when it comes to writing. I guess I have a lot to think over. But if I can get my ideas on paper the way I want to, I think I'll have something pretty impressive.

It was 7:30ish in the morning and I have horrible bedhead. But I had JUST gotten up, and he looks cute so....

I'm trying to learn how to draw, because unlike Nick I have no natural talent, and Marteika told me to try using a grid. So here it is, my grid. I guess within the next couple days we'll see how it turns out.
